Summary
| Description |
English: Eye pattern of a 100BASE-TX Ethernet data stream, digitized with a Teledyne LeCroy HDO9204 oscilloscope, and rendered with glscopeclient. This is a MLT-3 signal, and can be distinguished from the closely related PAM-3 by looking at the set of transitions. MLT-3 can only transition between adjacent states (going from the -1 to +1 state without passing through 0 is not allowed); PAM-3 can transition directly from any state to any other state. |
