Summary

Description
English: 1925 "Okeh Race Records" advertisement for "Everybody Loves My Baby" by Clarence Williams Blue Five.

Notes: Line art illustration shows small jazz band, Clarence Williams clearly recognizable at piano. Line art based on photo (the original photo was published in "Hue Magazine", March, 1955 - if it was published in the 1920s I am not familiar with it.) - It shows the band as it was in 1923, John Mayfield, trombone; Buddy Christian, banjo; Thomas Morris, cornet; Sidney Bechet, clarinet/soprano sax. Only Williams and Christian were also on the record advertised 2 years later.
