Summary

Description Gangwer Hotel, formerly Evert House, Medaryville, Indiana. The north part (rear of photo) of the hotel was the first house built in Medaryville, by Joseph Bennett Shultz in 1853. The building to the right was a "drummer's house" used by traveling salesmen. Both are currently being restored.
