English: Coat of arms of Great Torrington Town Council.

Shield: Argent in base two bars wavy Azure over all a fleur-de-Lys Sable all within a bordure engrailed of the last.

Grant 14 April 1948, replacing a previous arms confirmed in 1564 in which the waves were also sable.
