The committee was re-established in New York City as "Club Borinquen" (1892-1895) and "Puerto Rico Section of the Cuban Revolutionary Party" (1895-1898) under the Cuban Revolutionary Party (1892-1898) in 1895. Coat of arms of the Revolutionary Committee of Puerto Rico, representing an independent Republic of Puerto Rico, features, atop the motto Patria y Libertad (Homeland and Liberty), the flag of Puerto Rico, the island in front of a rising sun, the three red (blood of warriors), and two white (peace after independence) stripes of the flag, and the lion of the Spanish Kingdom being wrestled by Taino Cacique Agüeybaná II, who is standing on the lion’s fallen crown. The flag of Puerto Rico appears in black and white with a dark equilateral triangle, suggesting the use of a dark shade of blue. Español: Escudo original del Comité Revolucionario de Puerto Rico. El comité se restableció en la ciudad de Nueva York como "Club Borinquen" (1892-1895) y "Sección Puerto Rico del Partido Revolucionario Cubano" (1895-1898) bajo el Partido Revolucionario Cubano (1892-1898) en 1895.
