Summary

Description
English: Eryops was a genus of large amphibians from the Carboniferous and Permian period. They were plumply built animals with large heads. The animal had many teeth and probably preyed on fish or other small animals.
Nederlands: Eryops was een geslacht van grote amfibieën uit het Carboon en Perm. Het ware fors gebouwde dieren met een grote kop. Het dier had veel tanden en joeg waarschijnlijk op vissen of andere kleine dieren.
