English: This title page is not of any significant design and it is only to be used only for a Wikipedia article about this book "Everybody's Enquire Within"
The object of using it is to show that the book did exist. It would be absurd to think that such a design free title page would have any copyright interest to anyone living or dead. I have had great difficulty obtaining information about the editor Charles Ray to create a biography of him and his amazing editorial work. It would be virtually impossible to ascertain the staff members used by him as they were obviously employed as journalists, or in other posts, and no record survives as how such work was organised.

The book is edited by Charles Ray. Other authors are unknown staff members. The book has no rights declaration anywhere in its pages. It was the equivalent of Wikipedia in its day and the information was made freely available to the public without copyright restriction.
