Summary

Description

In Japan, enkai proceed in the following fashion:

First, a person annouces the beginning of the enkai, and invites the most important person to speak a few words (in this case, the principal). The important person makes a speech, and then everyone stands up, raises their glass, and yells "Kampai!" which means cheers! Glasses are clinked and the party commences.
