Français : Émile Chapelier, né en 1870 et mort le 16 mars 1933 à Bruxelles, ouvrier mineur, autodidacte, écrivain prolifique et militant communiste libertaire. Figure centrale de l'anarchisme belge, il finit par adhérer au Parti Ouvrier Belge en 1908-1909 tous en défendant des positions d'extrême gauche inspirée du syndicalisme révolutionnaire français.
