Емблемою Пенсійного фонду України є зображення малого Державного Герба України, накладеного на хрестоподібне зображення чотирьох срібних гривень київського типу, чотирьох золотих колосків пшениці між ними і золотої шестерні.

Емблему вміщено у крузі зеленого кольору, обрамленому срібним картушем із вісьмома волютами.
