Garuda is surrounded by Soyombo symbol topped tumen nasan pattern on a green background, which symbolizes citizens' happiness is endlessly spreading and developing
The midpoint of the city is placed on the body of the garuda, symbolizing the central district of the capital where education, culture, science, and government institutions are concentrated.
Blue represents north, snd symbolizes may the people live in peace forever.
Red represents south, and symbolizes the grant of all wishes and flourishing development.
White represents west, and symbolizes purity and happiness.
Yellow represents east, and symbolizes prosperity.
