Summary

Description
English: The emblem of Ruanda within Ruanda-Urundi was a diamond-shaped shield that was gold with a red border and showed a royal drum that was red and black with gold ropes. Above the drum was the word “RWANDA” in black lettering. As a crest, there was the traditional royal headdress. The motto below the shield was “IMBAGA Y’INYABUTATU IJYAMBERE” (meaning "The three peoples united will prosper") Information from [1] with colors from [2]
