I, dawnleelynn, assert that this picture fulfills Wikipedia’s Fair Use Guidelines on the article Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame because the article Ellensburg Rodeo is the owner of this website and the logo covers it as well, so the fair use covers both of the aforementioned two articles. The fair use application applied to the Ellensburg Rodeo thereby extends to its hall of fame, Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame. Furthermore, it was not conducive the write one article for both entities, so there are two articles represented by one logo.
