Description
English: Elizabeth Glendower Evans (1856–1937), social reformer and suffragist. A cropped version of this photograph was published in en:The Suffragist, 2, no. 9 (Feb. 28, 1914): 5.

A penciled annotation on the verso of the photograph gives the date March 3, 1914, and the printing instruction "1 col." A stamp on the verso of the print reads "Washington Times Library Feb 10, 1914."
