English: The Mosque of the Cat (or Moulay el-Ksour Mosque according to some sources) in Marrakesh. This mosque is located on one of the main souk streets of Marrakesh (Souk Laksour), a short distance north of Jemaa al-Fnaa, and is easily missed, but it features a rare Marinid-era minaret similar to that of the Ben Salah Mosque in the same city. The lower part of the minaret (seen here) is visible from the street but the rest of the tower above it is obscured by the street roofing over the souk.
