Regionalexpress Kassel-Halle an der ehemaligen innerdeutschen Grenze (hier entlang dem Bachlauf "Hottenbach" im Vordergrund ) zwischen Arenshausen und Eichenberg. Blick aus Richtung Hottenrode Süden; Links und hinten Thüringen mit "Almas Höhe" (ehemalige DDR, sowjetische Besatzungszone), vorne rechts vor dem Bachlauf Niedersachsen (BRD, britische Besatzungszone). Im Hintergrund die Bundesstraße 80 zwischen Hohengandern (Thüringen, links) und Witzenhausen (Hessen, hinten). Das Dreiländereck Thüringen/Hessen/Niedersachsen an den "Schmiedeköpfen" liegt rechts außerhalb des Bildausschnites.
