Main show of the Haunted Castle ride (Het Spookslot) in the Dutch themepark Efteling. The Haunted Castle opened in 1978. It was the first ride that was almost completely designed by Ton van de Ven. The Haunted Castle was at the time of its opening the largest and most spectacular ride of the park. Nowadays, it still stands as a great example of the high quality of Efteling's ride and show designs.
