General Sir Charles Edward Webb Jones KCB, CVO, CBE (1936–2007) was Quartermaster-General in the British Army and Britain's military representative to NATO . He retired from the Army in 1995 to become Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod. Photograph taken/published 6 December 2000.
