  • During USSR times was named "Vocational school #21"
  • During 1990's and 2000's was strictly critisied by society cause of too low educational level (this vocation school accepted youths with too bad examination of the basic school).
  • During 1990's employers specified in advertisements, that diplomas of this school is not valid as qualification for candidating to their enterprises.
