The image ELT AzureMoon.jpg, originally found as 113.jpg, is copyrighted. However, it is being used in the Azure Moon article claiming Fair use because I (ReyBrujo) believe it is covered by US laws:

1. There are no free versions available.
2. The image has an extremely low resolution, preventing usage that many affect the copyright holder from exercising its own rights over the image.
3. It is used to visually describe the album which is the main topic of the article.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers solely to illustrate the audio recording in question, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
