Summary

Description
English: "EI-APB Douglas C-47B Hibernian Airlines LPL 31MAY66

It's unusual to see people on the top balcony with seats, not sure what was happening there. I thought it might be a Holiday weekend but the 31-May-66 was a Tuesday!

A brief history without dates... Built in 1945 for the USAAF (United States Army Air Forces) serialled 43-48339 and transferred on delivery to the UK Royal Air Force as KJ816. it was later sold to Silver City Airways as G-AMWV and later merged into BUA British United Airways. Then to EI-APB with Hibernian Airlines and back to G-AMWV with Ulster Air Transport/Air Ulster. Fate unknown.
