Description
English: A U.S. Navy Grumman E-2C Hawkeye (BuNo 164494) from carrier airborne early warning squadron VAW-124 Bear Aces flies over the Gulf of Aden in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility, on 25 March 2009. VAW-124 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 8 (CVW-8) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) for a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean from 8 September 2008 to 18 April 2009.
