English: Madonna del Popolo, Duomo Santa Maria Matricolare, Verona, Italy. The Statue "Madonna with Child" is by Vincenzo Cadorin (1921). Below there is the urn containing the so called "Spina" (thorn), by which St. Fermo and St. Rustico, martyrs of the Verona Church, supposedly were killed.
