English: Dunedin House Dunedin House was part of a flagship development by the Teesside Development Council which used the building as its headquarters, entering into a 25-year lease in 1991 at an annual rent of £310,525. Since the TDC was wound up in December 1999, well before the end of this lease, the inheritors of its liabilities, English Partnerships, had to pay £1 million to get out of that lease. The building is now used for offices by a number of companies. It is seen here across the River Tees from Stockton's Riverside.
