English: Towards site of former Drybrook Halt, in 2001 'Foot-and- Mouth' emergency.
View SSE: an extension of the ex-GWR Newnham - Cinderford (to right) branch used to go to Drybrook Halt, but only until 7/7/30; the rest lasted until 11/58: Drybrook Halt had been in the middle distance here. The main interest is the warning sign: one's wanderings could be seriously restricted during those several months of the Emergency in 2001.
