Description NEW YORK — DCV Hayward (l) and DCV Driftmaster (r) unload the day's catch onto a Corps of Engineers barge after a day of patrolling around the New York and New Jersey Harbor collecting drift and debris that could be hazardous to navigation, Aug. 26, 2010.
