Deutsch: Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: Generalstaatsanwalt am Oberlandesgericht in Czernowitz/Cernăuți, ca. 1924. Er trägt den Orden der Krone von Rumänien, Kommandeur, verliehen im November 1922. Das Foto wurde im August 1925 veröffentlicht. Es muss also zwischen Ende 1922 und Mitte 1925 entstanden sein.
English: Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: Attorney General at the Cernăuți Court of Appeal, around 1924. He is wearing the Order of the Crown of Romania, commander, awarded in November 1922. The photo was published in August of 1925, so it must have been taken between late 1922 and mid 1925.

I am Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski's great-grandson, Alexander. To my knowledge, the photo was provided by him for the book. I scanned it and adjusted the scan digitally. The photographer is anonymous - to my knowledge, the name in the bottom right is the engraver who transfered the photo to the printing plate, not the photographer. I can provide a higher resolution digital copy upon request.
