English: Douglas Corporation bus 11 (reg. WMN 487), a 1957 Guy Otter truck derived bus, with Mulliner 26 seat bodywork. pictured on the Promenade in Douglas, Isle of Man, operating on route 1 to Port Soderick route. These small vehicles were characterised by their enormous destination indicators, back and front. On withdrawal in 1970 it was purchased for preservation, being re-registered UTU 597J. Having passed to the Manx Transport Trust in September 2010, it regained its original registration.
