Do not copy this file to Wikimedia Commons. I am not sure if the photo is very very old, since the OIC of the Building says it dates back to 1965, taken from the old town hall; for caution, there is also no freedom of panorama in the Philippines copyright law permitting free commercial uses of peoples' images of modern architectural and public art works without the need of licensing permissions from the architects and sculptors or their heirs.

Summary

[edit]

On October 12, 2011, the "Donato Bondoc Pangilinan, Sr." Municpal Town Hall Annex Building in San Matias, Santo Tomas was inaugurated and funded under the office of Francis Pangilinan; I failed to read Wikipedia's latest version of "Francis Pancratius Nepomuceno Pangilinan was born on August 24, 1963, to Donato Tongol Pangilinan, Jr., an engineer and entrepreneur from Pampanga, and Emma Monasterial Nepomuceno" (I humbly note also that the historical marker states that this Town Hall Annex was inaugurated on October 12, 2011 and funded under the office of Francis Pangilinan and named after "Donato Bondoc Pangilinan, Sr."; I just saw the edit abuse filter that the blog, which perhaps assume by using the work "presumably"; I am therefore editing and correcting the Summary of my uploaded pics).
