Description Drawing of White Dodo from Pierre Witthoos' picture, the bill and wing being reconstructed after the common Dodo. The supposed "White Dodo" is now thought to be based on misinterpreted reports of the Réunion Sacred Ibis and paintings of apparently albinistic dodos from Mauritius.
