Description
English: Decoration "Distinguished Aviator of EMERCOM". Award of the Ministry for Emergency Situations (MOE or EMERCOM) of Russia. Instituted 14 May 2002, amended by ministerial order 620 of December 6, 2010. Awarded to military and civilian aviation personnel of EMERCOM for oustanding performance of their assigned duties whether in flying, logistics or engineering operations. A helicopter or jet transport device can be worn on the ribbon.
Русский: Нагрудный знак МЧС России "Отличник авиации МЧС России".

Приказ МЧС РФ от 6 декабря 2010 г. N 620. Нагрудный знак МЧС России "Отличник авиации МЧС России" является ведомственным знаком отличия МЧС России. Описание, рисунок и форма удостоверения к нагрудному знаку МЧС России "Отличник авиации МЧС России" даны в приложениях N 1-3 к настоящему Положению.

Нагрудным знаком МЧС России "Отличник авиации МЧС России" награждается личный состав МЧС России, проходящий службу (военную службу, работающие) в системе авиации МЧС России, за качественное обеспечение полетных заданий, инженерно-авиационное и тыловое обеспечение полетов.
Français : Décoration "Aviateur Distingué de l'EMERCOM". Décoration du Ministère des Situations d'Urgence (MSU ou EMERCOM) de Russie. Instaurée le 14 mai 2002, modifié par l'arrêté ministériel 620 du 6 décembre 2010. Décernée au personnel de l'aviation militaire et civile de l'EMERCOM pour des performances hors pairs de leurs fonctions assignées soit en vol, en support logistique ou par des opérations d'ingénierie. Une agrafe avion de transport ou hélicoptère est portée sur le ruban.
