This is the title card for Dinosaur Revolution. I obtained it by making a screenshot of one of the episodes.

I plan to fairly use this image in the article Dinosaur Revolution. Although this image is protected by U.S. copyright law, I believe that its use on Wikipedia qualifies as fair use, and that it meets the requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, for several reasons. This image will be used in the infobox for the article. It is being used as the primary means of visual identification of the subject. It is a low resolution image, and therefore could not aid in the production of counterfeit goods. It will not be used in a way that leads the reader to believe that the article was written by the owners of the logo. Finally, it is not replaceable by free images, as it features an official logo. For these reasons, I believe that its use on Wikipedia is fair use.

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, television or audio-visual presentation, representing either a production logo, title card, or station ID or related logo/title graphic. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the entity which produced or distributed the media. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots for critical commentary and discussion of the film, television or media presentation and its contents, or for identification of and critical commentary on the specific logo or title graphic concerned, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
