English: Richard Irving "Dick" Eliason (1925–2011) was an American businessman, fisherman, pipefitter, plumber and politician. Eliason served as mayor of Sitka, Alaska before representing Sitka in the Alaska House of Representatives and Alaska Senate for 22 years.
