I traced the diagram in Gimp where I could make it out, and then did a second trace over the first trace to clean it up. The parts were done in their own layers and color-coded to what seem to be the major moving parts. I'm unsure about the upper body. I tried pulling in diagrams from other sources such as patents and 3D renders to accurately draw the inlet and outlet chambers, as well as what appears to be a rocking valve (?), and this is my best approximation.
Feel free to make modifications or completely re-draw it.
