This is the title screen from the Showtime's series Dexter.

Although this image is subject to U.S. copyright laws, I believe that this image is covered by fair use laws for Dexter (TV series) page on the English Wikipedia because:

• It is of a lower resolution than the original copy.
• Copies made from it will be of inferior quality.

• It does not limit Showtime's rights to sell the season and show.
• The image is significant for the article as it clearly illustrates the series.

• This content has been published outside of Wikipedia.
• Use of this image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic in nature.
• The use of this image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
• This content is used in at least one article.
• This content contributes significantly to an article.
• Use significantly increases readers' understanding of the topic in a way that words alone cannot.
• This content is also not replaceable by free text as the comprehension of a discussion would be impaired by the lack of an image of this subject.
