English: Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: First Attorney of State in Czernowitz, Bukowina. Photo taken in 1912, shortly after receiving the Austrian Order of the Iron Crown 3rd class in July that year. After Bucovina became Romanian following the First World War, he was known as Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi, which is the Romanian spelling of his name.

Klasse erhielt. Nachdem die Bukowina im Anschluss an den ersten Weltkrieg rumänisch wurde, war er als Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi bekannt, die rumänische Schreibweise seines Namens.

I am Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski's great-grandson, Alexander. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski submitted the photo in 1912 for the publication of the book. I scanned it and adjusted the scan digitally. This version, I also colorized and digitally expanded from the oval shaped original version. The original photographer is anonymous.
