English: BRITISH NATIONALITY AND STATUS OF ALIENS

Declaration by a British Woman who has married an alien that she desires to retain while in New Zealand the rights of a British subject. I, MIRIAM BRIDELIA SOLJAK of Auckland, the former wife (now divorced) of Peter Soljak (who at the time of marriage was a subject of Austria and after 1918 became a subject of Yugo-­Slavia and became a naturalized British subject in 1928) having acquired his nationality by reason of my marriage to him at Rotorua on the 10th day of June 1908 HEREBY DECLARE that I desire to retain while in New Zealand the rights of a British subject. MADE AND SUBSCRIBED at Auckland this 9th day of April
