Day 3 of the DARPA AlphaDogfight Trials, 2020. Case 6 in a live stream 5:07:15 hours in length. Screenshot at 2:10:24 timestamp. The flight simulation shows a dogfight off the coast of California; Fighter aircraft are F-16s, shown by pink and blue trajectories for the PhysicsAI, and the Aurora programming teams, respectively. The ground rules include: a finite amount of fuel, a hard floor of 1000 feet above the ground, above which the aircraft must fly, a 300 second time limit for each engagement, and the physical performance limits of the aircraft (which are for training pilots). The pilots have joysticks, and heads-up display helmets in partial simulation of the equipment of the aircraft.
