English: Dattatreya is a deity that merges the theology of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, whose iconography has three heads respectively corresponding to each. Other icons such as trishula (Shiva's trident), sankha (Vishnu's conch) etc are typically shown with him. Dattatreya is one of the patron deity of yoga.
The above image is of 15th century Dattatreya temple at Bhaktapur Nepal. Near it are numerous Hindu (Advaita Vedanta) and Buddhist monasteries, as well as wooden carving called the Peacock window.
