Description
English: Dal-Bati Choorma This devine combination of simple stuff makes it different from other meals. Daal- Baati(made from Wheat floor), Choorma laddoo(made from baati, sugar and dry fruits),Baigan(egg plant/ brinjal and other spices) ka bhurta, Raita or Kadhi(buttermilk), chatni(generally Pudina/ mint) are mainly served together. Ghee is poured onto the bati after crushing it.This cuisine is from Rajasthan and also popular in Madhya Pradesh(mainly in Nimar and Malwa region).
