Description

{{|1= Bendera Islam telah direka dan dibuat oleh penduduk tempatan daerah beliau pada Januari 2016 sebelum pembukaan daerah rasmi baru. Reka bentuk itu diilhamkan oleh semangat belia berikutan 'Bandar Belia atau City of Youth' konsep dan lokasi daerah di negeri Perak. Latar belakang bendera terdiri daripada tiga jalur yang berwarna hitam, kuning dan putih yang mewakili bendera asal negeri Perak. Segitiga separuh di sebelah kiri bendera mewakili perpaduan rakyat di daerah itu. Warna 'merah' segi tiga di dalam bendera menyerupai semangat belia dan penentuan penduduk tempatan untuk memelihara warisan dan ekonomi nilai daerah ke arah Negeri Perak. The pecah 14 bintang dan bulan sabit kedua-dua berwarna 'kuning' diilhamkan oleh bendera asal 'Malaysia' yang menyerupai dasar daerah keterbukaan terhadap seluruh penduduk Malaysia bentuk datang 13 negara anggota dan kerajaan persekutuan. bahagian atas dan bahagian bawah gabungan bintang dan bulan sabit menunjukkan perkataan 'Daerah Mualim' yang ditulis dalam skrip 'Jawi' untuk melambangkan warisan rakyat Mualim.
