This is a dorsal root ganglion (DRG) from a chicken embryo (around stage of day 7) after incubation overnight in NGF growth medium. The ganglion was marked with mouse anti-Neurofilament (1st) antibody and a Cy3-anti-mouse (2nd) antibody.

It was taken during a course in neurobiology at university by me and i publish it under the CC Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 licence.
