Summary

Description
English: In late G1, p107/p130 is hyperphosphorylated by cyclin E-CDK2, unbinding them from the DREAM complex, causing its disassembly. Repressive E2F factor, E2F4, is also unbound from the promoter and exported from the nucleus. In the place of the DREAM complex, activating E2F factors E2F1-3 and their dimerisation partners (DP) bind to activate cell cycle genes that further promote cell cycle progression
