English: BUILT IN 1967 BY FAMOUS ARCHITECT LOUIS I. KAHN. THE HOUSE IS BUILT ESSENTIALLY IN TWO CUBES WITH CYPRESS CLADDING. THE HOUSE WAS USED AS BOTH A RESIDENCE AND AS DR. FISHER’S OFFICE. IT BACKS UP ON A SMALL STREAM WITH A WOODEN BRIDGE CROSSING IT. KAHN BECAME FAMOUS FOR HIS DESIGNS OF THE SALK INSTITUTE, THE RICHARDS MEDICAL CENTER AND THE CAPITAL COMPLEX IN BANGLADESH
