Object history
Deutsch: In der oberen Hälfte steht das Wappen des Klosters Ebrach mit dem für den Klosternamen redenden Eber. Sulzheim kam zwischen 1147 und 1150 an das Kloster, das im Ort ein Amt einrichtete. Der Zinnenturm ist dem Wappen der Fürsten von Thurn und Taxis entnommen, die nach der Säkularisation ein Herrschaftsgericht in Sulzheim einrichteten. Die Rohrkolben weisen auf das Naturschutzgebiet im Gemeindegebiet mit seiner seltenen Moorflora hin.
