Der silber-blau geteilte Schild stammt aus dem Wappen der Herren von Wüllen; Weizenähre und Spule stehen für die Landwirtschaft und die Textilindustrie.
English: The arms were granted on February 3, 1938. The silver and blue divided shield is taken from the arms of the Lords of Wüllen, who had their castle in the town until the 16th century. The wheatear and the spindle symbolise agriculture and industry in the town. |
