Object history
Deutsch: Das beschriebene Wappen führt Biesenthal seit 1906, es ist als Mosaikarbeit am Rathaus zu sehen. Das von zwei Türmen flankierte Burgtor weist auf frühere Burgbauten hin („Hus zu Bisdal“ 1329, urkundlich erwähntes Ritterhaus 1522). Der brandenburgische Adler kennzeichnet die Zugehörigkeit Biesenthals zur Mark Brandenburg.
