This image, "Image:Cyberrace screenshot cockpit.PNG" is used in the article "CyberRace (computer game)" although it is subject to copyright. I (Bisco) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution screenshot of a computer game and does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the game in any way;
2. copies of the screenshot could not be used to make illegal copies of the game or game artwork;
3. the screenshot is significant because it features work by a famous artist, Syd Mead and is used to illustrate the game in the article above.
