Description
English: Dual gauge track connection between the San Pedro railway station (914 mm gauge) and the Huanchac Railway station (standard gauge) in Cusco. There is a switch-back to reach San Pedro station. The trains for the Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) leave from San Pedro station. Photo taken from the road crossing at the Almudena Bridge. Interconnection to the right, entrance to San Pedro station to the left, switch-back in the foreground, upper left the line to Machu Picchu. For view in opposite direction see "Cusco rails.jpg"
Nederlands: Is het gemengd spoor verbinding tussen het San Pedro station (914 mm spoor) en het Huanchac station (normaal spoor) in Cusco. Er is een keerspoor nodig om het San Pedro station te bereiken. De treinen voor Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) vertrekken vanuit San Pedro station. Foto genomen bij de overweg bij de Almudena brug. Aan de rechterkant is de spoorverbinding, aan de linkerkant is het toegangsspoor to t San Pedro, beneden is het keerspoor en aan de bovenlinkerkant is het spoor naar Machu Picchu.
