English: A 3D depiction of the intermediate compound 2-Carboxyarabinitol-1,5-Bisphosphate in the active site of spinach RuBisCO. This picture was taken of the active site taken from ligand view of [CAP]501:A from 1IR1 on the PDB (Crystal Structure of Spinach Ribulose-1,5-Bisphosphate Carboxylase/Oxygenase (Rubisco) Complexed with CO2, Mg2+ and 2-Carboxyarabinitol-1,5-Bisphosphate).
